WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

SHIPPING | DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL 
Orders are processed 7 days a week.  

While some products are shipped FROM the United States, MOST products are internationally shipped TO the United States, directly to the customer.

Orders will ship out within 7-10 days after your payment is authorized and verified.

A tracking number will be emailed to the customer upon shipment.

Most packages are received within 15 - 18 business days after the order has been processed.

Products in your order may be shipped separately.

We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed once they are picked up by the postal service. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know you want your LNS order as processed  as possible, so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: 
 

  • Adding/Removal of Items

  • Change in Color/Size of Items

  • Adding/Removal of a Discount Code

  • Billing or Shipping Address Update

  • Order Cancellation Request

  • Shipping Method Change 

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you after the package ships.  You can click the link which will open a new browser for tracking details.

 

 

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Paypal is also accepted.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No Returns Or Exchanges. All Sales Final.  In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care via email within 2 days of receiving your order.
